About DFM

Who We Are
The Disgusting Food Museum is an internationally recognized, thought-provoking exhibition that challenges the way we think about food. By showcasing 80 of the world’s most unusual and controversial dishes, we invite visitors to explore the cultural and psychological aspects of food preferences. Our mission is to broaden the conversation about what is considered “disgusting” and to promote a deeper understanding of diverse culinary traditions.

What the Exhibition is About
This unique exhibition will take you on a journey through the strange and the surprising, exploring everything from pungent cheeses to fermented delicacies. More than just a display, the Disgusting Food Museum encourages visitors to interact with exhibits and reflect on the social norms that shape our eating habits. You’ll even have the chance to smell—and for the brave, taste—some of these exotic foods.

When
The exhibition is planned for April 2025, with dates to be confirmed. Make sure to stay tuned for updates and early access opportunities!
